Policy & Research Institute for Development (AER-PRIDE)

The AER’s Policy & Research Institute for Development (AER-PRIDE) is a virtual repository of the knowledge products of AER. Through PRIDE, AER aims to democratize the access to materials that can inform and help shape public policies.

PRIDE features online seminars, research papers, policy notes, and training modules and manuals.

The Data Driven Development (3D) Program of the Action for Economic Reforms aims to champion human-centered data-driven development in the Philippines by using data-informed and technology-enabled participatory decision making to address issues in local development.

Coalescing Organizations towards Locally Led Actions to Boost Development (COLLABDev) is a partnership initiative of Action for Economic Reforms (AER) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to promote human-centered, data-driven development in the Philippines.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW 

The 3D training program has 11 short courses which will introduce interested learners on data driven development at the subnational level. The courses include introduction to 3D, data management, analytics, specialized topics in analyzing various subnational data, participatory governance, policy evaluation and using data in social media.
